At MDCGS we believe in the holistic growth of students. In order to enhance learners’ employability skills, we offer Soft Skills training on weekly basis. The module covers:

• Basic Communication skills
• Time-Management
• Inter-personal skills
• Group Discussion/Debate skills
• Business Skills (Marketing, HR)
• Interview Skills etc.

We prepare the final year students to write their Resume, to face interview. Campus Placement is available for students after successfully completing the Soft Skills modules.

Management Fests

College level Soft Skills training helps our students perform excellently in various national level management fests. Every year, in the first semester itself a college level management fest is conducted in order to familiarize the students with management fest. We encourage our students to take part in national level management fests so that they get an opportunity to polish their managerial skills that would boost their confidence. Our students have won Best Management team, Marketing, Business Quiz, Corporate fashion Show titles.
